Hey everyone! I’m Eric, a food photographer, recipe developer, food blogger, and Taylor Swift fan.
EricTriesIt started as a passion project to document my food adventures. I try things and then I talk about it, hence the name 😉 Since then, I have transitioned to photographing food and developing my own recipes!
I’m from Vancouver, Canada but currently living in Berlin, Germany. I came here a few years back to pursue a data science career that I THOUGHT I wanted… but clearly that wasn’t for me, ‘cause I do this now and I love it!
I love connecting with others about food. I am so proud to have cultivated a beautiful foodie community. On TikTok, I share all of my favorite local eats/brands in Berlin. While on Instagram, I create and share recipes for gorgeous desserts that often have asian flavor influences (yes I will find any way to sneak matcha into a recipe).
